B6;129-Ncstntm1Sud/J

Cat. No.: CEMM-07250111

Common Name: NCF
Floxed homozygous mice express intact nicastrin gene. They are viable, fertile, normal in size and do not display any gross physical or behavioral abnormalities. When these mutant mice are bred to mice that express Cre recombinase, resulting offspring will have exon 3 deleted in the cre-expressing tissue(s). These mice are useful to study the role of g-secretase in various tissues in combination with tissue specific cre lines.
