B6N(129S4)-Setbp1tm1c(EUCOMM)Wtsi/LutzyMmjax

Cat. No.: CEMM-07250935

Exon 4 of the Setbp1 (SET binding protein 1) gene is flanked by loxP sites in this conditional mutant strain. These mice may be useful in studies of SETBP1 disorder and Schinzel-Giedion midface retraction syndrome.

Molecular Note
The construct incorporates an FRT lacZ-loxP followed by a neomycin resistance cassette, SV40 polyA, a second FRT site and a second loxP site in intron 3. A third loxP site is inserted downstream in intron 5 (position 78855613). Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT flanked lacZ and neo cassette leaving exon 4 floxed.
