C57BL/6J-Tg(Cdh3-cre/ERT2)NIDA158Htz/J
Cat. No.: CEMM-07250799
Common Name: Cdh3-CreERT2
These transgenic BAC mice express tamoxifen-inducible cre-ERT2 from the mouse Cdh3 promoter. Expression occurs in Cdh3-expressing cells, including a subclass of inhibitory interneurons in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord.

Molecular Note |
Expression of tamoxifen-inducible Cre-ERT2 is driven from the mouse Cdh3 promoter contained on BAC RP23-267K22. A truncated Cdh1 (~50%) is also incorporated on the transgenic BAC. The modified BAC vector was introduced to C57BL/6J embryos.
