B6(SJL)-Dusp16tm1c(EUCOMM)Wtsi/FrdlJ

Cat. No.: CEMM-07250970

Common Name: Dusp16fl
Dusp16 floxed mice have loxP sites flanking exon 3 of the dual specificity phosphatase 16 (Dusp16) gene. These mice are useful for studying neural progenitor proliferation during embryonic and adult neurogenesis.

Molecular Note
The L1L2_gt0 cassette was inserted at a position on Chromosome 6 downstream of exon 2. The cassette is composed of an FRT flanked lacZ sequence fused to a neomycin sequence followed by a loxP site. A second loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 3.Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT flanked neo cassette.
