B6(Cg)-Rhoqtm1.1Pkm/J

Cat. No.: CEMM-07250835

Common Name: Rhoq flox (TC10 flox)
These floxed mutant mice possess loxP sites flanking exon 2 of the Rhoq gene. This strain may be useful for generating conditional mutations in applications related to actin cytoskeleton reorganization, the immune synapse, and the insulin pathway.

Molecular Note
The selection cassette contains an FRT flanked neomycin cassette, followed by a 3' loxP site inserted downstream of exon 2, and another loxP site inserted upstream of exon 2. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT flanked neo cassette leaving exon 2 floxed.
