Molecular Note |
A Cre/ERT2-IRES-EGFP-FRT flanked neo cassette was inserted into the 5' untranslated region via homologous recombination. The neo cassette was then removed by Flp mediated recombination. Expression patterns of Cre/ERT2 transcripts and EGFP proteins match those of the endogenous protein.
