C57BL/6-C1ql2em1(cre)Gfng/J
Cat. No.: CEMM-07251080
Common Name: C1QL2-IRES-Cre
C1ql2-Cre knock-in mice express Cre recombinase from the mouse C1ql2 (complement component 1, q subcomponent-like 2) promoter in C1ql2-expressing cells/tissues. These mice can be used to target anterior thalamic circuits, among other brain regions that also contain C1QL2‐expressing neurons, and may be useful in studies of autism, schizophrenia, and other neuropsychiatric disorders.
