| Description |
Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system, this cell line co-express the firefly luciferase gene II and CRE recombinase. Luciferase and CRE was co-expressed under CMV promoter as separated protein (not as fusion). The RFP-Puromycin dual fusion marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The cell constitutively co-expresses both firefly Luciferase and CRE.
