Job Description
Creative Biogene is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives in the field of biotechnology. The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by promoting our services and products based on site-specific recombinase systems. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the biotech industry.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing partnerships and collaborations with academic and industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, production, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, scientific advancements, and regulatory requirements to effectively position CreEdit's offerings.
- Manage and mentor a sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Qualifications
- Ph. D. degree in a relevant field, such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Marketing. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of site-specific recombinase systems and related technologies.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques and tools, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales and marketing team.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
